They sent the flowers they wanted to send rather than what I actually ordered, and they were not even pretty flowers, to my uncle's funeral. My mother was embarrassed to have her name on them. Then, to "make it right" offered to "pull the flowers to add a couple roses"....seriously...pull the crappy looking flowers and add a couple roses, that will make it better....no, I don't think so.
