The receptionist was AWFUL. Very rude and when I said something about she was behaving she said if I couldn't explain what she was doing wrong she couldn't fix it. I again tried to tell her the way she was speaking to me was uncalled for and rude and she said ok and tried to hang up. I asked her for the office manager and she transferred me to her voicemail. Staff is very unpleasant and rude. Every visit for a scheduled appointment there was a problem with the receptionist. I will not be bringing my other children here I will go elsewhere
Dr. Sinclair was my orthodontist for three and a half years. Receptionist didn't want to sell me a new retainer, told me to go elsewhere. So I did! Probably need better staff.
Orthodontist was rude and had a self righteous attitude. Didn’t listen to our concerns or questions. Treatment took way longer than it should have
My experience started four years ago when I first went to Dr. Sinclair. I had an exam and was ready to have braces put on. I missed one appointment, then called to cancel another due to an emergency at work. When I called to reschedule I was told due to missing these appointments Dr. Sinclair refused to see me for any future appointments. I was not never told of their practice that rescheduling appointments would result in not being seen as a patient . Amazing! We used Dr. Sinclair after having a horrible experience with another orthodontist who insisted on an expander and wanted to pull our daughter's teeth. She was so afraid of going back that she would cry whenever we drove through that area. Dr. Sinclair was able to correct her issues with braces only and she now has a beautiful smile, and she has no fear of going to the orthodontist now. Definitely worth getting a consultation!!! Thank you Dr. Sinclair!
I thought he was very polite and complete in his description of what was to be scheduled and the time to complete the process of braces for my two children. Office was very nice and every visit was a great experience.
I took my daughter to him after 3.5 years with another ortho! Her "finished" teeth look like a bunny rabbit's teeth. Dr Sinclair is old school, brilliant, cutting-edge, and the best in Peoria -- bar none. They do a payment plan also. I would wholeheartedly recommend this ortho. He fixed the botched job of the other ortho. Very nice man, also. My daughter also thought the world of him.
My 2 children and several of our friends kids went to Dr Sinclair. He put braces on our kids when they were in 2nd- 5th grade. When the service was completed their teeth looked great, but guess what....the kids all grew and their teeth did not stay straightened and their overbites came back as their body changed. My daughter left their with beautiful teeth and no overbite, but was in 4 th grade. By high school her teeth were still straight, but her overbite came back aa she grew.
