Such a scam. I liked the apartment itself but management is horrible. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. There wasn’t a second deadbolt on my door so maintenance and contractors could come inside any time and they would not give me prior notice. I ended up getting a door bar because of this for my safety and a maintenance man broke my door down off of its hinges.
