I brought two rings from this company in a gold. They both turned up in silver. I contacted the company and they told me that I could get two replacement rings but if they didn’t turn up with how I wanted them I could not get a refund or replacement of these rings so I would be best keep the ring and get a refund less 30%. But what they did was keep 70% of my money and only gave me 30% do not buy from this company they are a fraud

Purchased an asscher-cut moissanite ring, believing I was getting sterling silver ring with gold plate over the silver. Have worn it for 4 days - plating is gone, showing copper-colored base metal and turning my finger green. The stone is beautiful but the ring is disappointing.
