Extremely unprofessional and unfair/misrepresentation of facts conduct. Proceed with extreme caution. My experience with Summer Wang and her brokerage was deeply troubling. I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience dealing with Ellen Tian and Lawrence Fong (assistant) regarding a rental unit on Granville Street. The unit was clearly advertised at $1,700 across multiple platforms. Before submitting anything, I called and spoke directly with Lawrence Fong to confirm the price.
