Following our first inspection, Summer advised me of a photo, taken without consent, proved a breach in our lease agreement. The image was allegedly taken in one of our bedrooms after I saw Anthony (another agent) sneak back into the room to take it. This isn't legal. Summer also suggested we move if any of us are smokers.
