I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience dealing with Ellen Tian and Lawrence Fong (assistant) regarding a rental unit on Granville Street. The unit was clearly advertised at $1,700 across multiple platforms. Before submitting anything, I called and spoke directly with Lawrence Fong to confirm the price. I, as a potential tenant back then, was verbally threatened and offended by Summer. Clearly to Summer, me being a new grad and inexperienced means easy to bully.
