Never again Terrible experience! No customer service on floor. Wanted to purchase brass bthrm faucet -- they only had 4 faucets of any kind in stock -- none brass -- all others required 2-3 weeks special order. Was told they don't carry brass b/c customers all want stainless. Lost special order I had come to pick up for a friend. Want to support local business but in this case, the Internet is cheaper, more convenient, has more selection, and reduces exposure to incompetence and lack of concern for customer. Poor customer service Just recently remold our house. Oven cabnt. Back order or two after they told us it realdy to pick it up. Then they give us a different color oven temp for our contractor to install. Kitchen cabnt. all poor condition. Customer services very poor. They are chip but their supply also bad too
Sincere Hardware Supply supplies used parts as new they supplied a used faucet as new with the vanity I ordered .and said it was special order/non-returnable The installer said the supplied faucet was clogged with sand and was not flowing water. When I called the store they said it is special order and cannot be returned/refunded . When I said that there was water dripping from the unit when removed from the box , they said that this was remaining from "testing"
Great First Experience With Sincere Last Saturday was my first time going into Sincere and I thought the showroom was great! My husband and I are starting our process in remodeling our kitchen and bathroom and Sincere seems to have everything we need. The staff was really friendly and patient with us and I am impressed on the wide variety of products they have. They give out free kitchen designs if we provide them with measurements, so I am looking forward in going to go back there soon with them.
I'M SO HAPPY WITH SINCERE! I have just recently came here and bought an entire set of kitchen with granite counter tops. The outcome of it was amazing! The customer service was excellent and everyone was very helpful. I was really stressed out from remodeling but they have made it much easier and less stressful due to their patience and knowledge of the products. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - EVER. Bought an entire set of kitchen cabinets - had to return some items due to poor quality, scratches and damage. Salesman failed to mention the manufacturer only made right hand wall cabinets, failed to mention the doors have 6 plastic caps (3") to cover holes for hinges, failed to mention when switching the hinge to the left side your door and cabinet box will have extra damage (12 holes for each cabinet) from the screws that were originally there. Sincere Hardware Supply is a diamond in the rough. Purchased Kraftmaid cabinets for a DIY kitchen remodel and cheaper brand ones for 2 bathroom remodels over the past year. We had to reorder some items due to incorrect door sizing, cracked and scratched doors & wrong color toe kicks. So our project became somewhat protracted. We saved quite a bit but their customer service is lacking. They don't answer the phone (hence, no phone numbers listed for any of their locations on their official website), they don't return voicemail... read more
A great eclectic stock of anything you could possible use.. When we were remodeling our bathroom, this store helped with both ideas & parts. We also bought a kitchen faucet, it was a little pricey but a grand looker and very flexible with the use.
Poor communication and lack of adequate information provided We were remodeling our master bathroom and needed to replace our two large Milgard windows because our new bathtub was much deeper and consequently we needed to reduce the height of the windows.Our contractor called to order the windows and explained that it was important for us to have a large picture area in one of the windows because we had a nice view of Mount Diablo.
