nice staff but sometimes they don't follow thru with fulfilling orders & causes delays. They have good delivery people.
Sincere Care medical supply has always been very accommodating to me and my needs for medical supply. I get any supply I need before I even have to order it because I'm already in their system. Only a couple of times I had to order something new that my doctor said I needed and it was there that same day.
Called and came to pick up diapers for my senior father. Medicare covered. Quick service.

Terrible they let my very ill husband run out of oxygen refused t give him another tank he has been in the hospital for a week. When a person with COPD runs out of oxygen thier oxygen level falls rapidly. And when it goes below 85 the brain is being damaged. The heart works harder and harder. You can guess what happens.
