EDIT: 1 year later to add on. Not only is Sincera still amazing, my experience continues to be excellent at every visit. Dr. Carlstone took my concerns seriously and treated the situation with empathy and respect. I couldn't ask for better! Sincera is amazing! The front staff member Hailey was so kind and welcoming. This a a great place. They truly care and you feel seen and heard. They’re personable and have a great feedback with solutions. We will be making them our primary care doctors.
Fantastic service this morning. Much more care and tenderness than the hospital has provided during an extremely sensitive and difficult time. There is compassion and care at Sincera Urgent Care.
I've heard good things, but today was the first time I'd visited. After a miserable night, I was able to be seen within 30 min of Sincera opening, which is already unheard of. The ability to schedule, check-in, and view health info online is a huge benefit. Hands-down the easiest nasal swab I've ever gotten by a nurse, as well. Very kind staff, very well-run urgent care center from what I've seen. I'd absolutely go again.
Marilyn was not friendly, she did not even do a full exam on me, and she was very judgemental. I will not be back.
