I have always had a great experience at Sincera Urgent Care and always been able to get an appointment on short notice. Recently after waiting in the ER of another medical facility in Pella for nearly 2 hours to get a cut stitched up, I called Sincera at 6 PM. Even after taking over 20 minutes to check out of the ER and drive to Sincera, they were able to get me stitched up before closing time at 7.
Great atmosphere really loved it here everyone was so friendly and nice. Got me in right away got listed to me and was a great doctor.
Convenient hours, friendly reception and great service. Dr Carlstone is very knowledgeable and helped me more in 30 min than others had over multiple visits. Dr Carlstone has been taking care of our community for years. I highly recommend this clinic for their urgent care and regular family care.
