My body is very stubborn and after coming here for 9 months I finally got pregnant at age 40 and gave birth to a completely healthy baby girl-- who is exceeding all developmental milestones!! I had already post a review a week ago and I deleted because I had a practice manager who was going to help me with my situation but decided not to and also come to find out that her name is NOT AMY but Anna. I am also putting a insurance FRAUD CLAIM because they charged me $410 for a office visit when I did not even get to see the doctor. Sincera is incredible and the staff at the Langhorne location is phenomenal. Brenda always remembered my name and made me feel welcome right when I walk in the door, Janine is so great at her job and always has a smile on her face and Dr. Annu Mathew is one of my favorite people- such a pleasure to deal with, extremely talented and an absolute asset to Sincera. I recommend Sincera Langhorne to everyone!
I started going to Sincera last summer transferring from another clinic I wasn’t happy with. Everything has been amazing from Brenda at the front desk- always greets me and remembers my name, to the nurses, to the phlebotomist, and almost every appointment I usually deal with Dr. Annu Mathew, who has been nothing short of amazing, understanding and thorough. They all make me feel hopeful and heard.
Wonderful experience, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for a better team of providers helping to make our baby dreams come true
