This is by far one of the best places for IVF, I have been to another office where everyone and everything just seemed robotic here the staff is just compassionate and caring Gina and Sara really listen to what I'm saying and how I feel, T is one of the best phlebotomist I have ever came across she is gentle and never misses with me. Hopefully soon we will have our bundle and its all thanks to you girls
I brought home my 2nd miracle baby 3 months ago with the help of the amazing team here. The IVF process was overwhelming at first, but the nurses, medical assistants and providers walked me through every step and helped our dreams come true.
The only reason they even get a star is because in the end I got my baby. HOWEVER, from the beginning it was horrible. In the moment I thought maybe I was just emotional and hormonal but now I realize how bad it was! I’m still dealing with billing issues. They over charged me and I questioned it over and over and everyone kept saying they would get back to me… nope! It went to collections.
