The best pizza in Danbury If you haven't tried Sinapi's then you've no idea what you are missing. I grew up in NJ with some of the best Italian food. I moved to Connecticut and still get cravings for "real" food. (Sorry, but most of the stuff around here just doesn't measure up.) Sinapi's, however, is not amongst that sorry bunch! The plain cheese pizza, the Sicilian-style pizza, and the gourmet toppings pizza are all delish. So is the baked ziti, and the eggplant parm hero. Shall I go on? Because I will...
