My name is JAYLA SMITH. I was seen by Stella liiyode at this location. Very rude, very unprofessional, very uncaring for patients problems. I had multiple sinus infections before & I came in today because I have one. She told me to buy over the counter nasal spray which i told her wouldnt work because I’ve already did that. It didnt help the problem. I need an actual antibiotic to get rid of it. I will never go to this facility again. I was there for 3 hours and never received treatment. I pre registered online when I got there the machine wouldn’t let me check in. The clerk at the desk reregistered me moving my appointment to approximately 10 minutes later. I sat there from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. I got up from my sick bed to get a Covid/Flu swab as I was scheduled for surgery the next day. Never happened. Finally I requested a refund which was approved and left.
