Not sure why it says Sinai Urgent Care when it's called Cintra urgent care but the place is good.
Worst service. Receptionist wont try to verify your benefits. they were in network with my insurance plan. I had shown them proof by logging in to my member portal and showed provider in network. Girls didn't make any call to insurance or their IVR, said they can't locate us on their portal and charged me $199. They won't make an effort to call them or check insurance benefits on IVR. It's easy for them to collect from patients. Make sure you have money to pay them because they wont do their job of verifying benefits
