Terrible. They don't take mental health seriously at this clinic. Go elsewhere within the Mount Sinai system. They have other options than this place.
Sinai has a habit of taking patients they discharged who have mental health issues and dropping them at libraries and shelters with little to no support. It's disgusting that they practice this.
this place is like a guessing game i been taking my son who is 21 now an adult and due out the time doctor still haven’t been able to help me control my son bad behavior and just add on medication after medication like my son is in to be testing medications and still no solution
Office can't answer phone. When I call, I am present. When you have to leave a voicemail for them to call back, I may not be available. I just had a simple question about insurance that is very consequential and time sensitive for me. But they're too busy. Hmm,,, what a way to treat the mentally ill. Don't pay attention to them!
