Sinai Mortuary forced me to buy a very expensive casket for my sister even though we did not want it. In addition, they charged $3500 for a package of services that we did not want or need. I filed a complaint against Sinai Mortuary with the Arizona Board of Funeral directors and the Federal Trade Commission because Sinai Mortuary failed to comply with Federal and Arizona law. The law requires mortuaries to have a price for each individual service.
