A very bad experience with scheduling appointments. This location usually only took appointments via phone, and recently they got the mychart portal which allows to schedule appointments online. Calling to schedule an appointment here has always been a struggle and the online portal seemed like a relief. However, I was unsure if the scheduling on the portal works, so I tried calling them on Sat, 9/12 around 12:20 PM (during their working hours) but was unable to reach them. I've been going to this location for the past year now and I've had the most pleasant patient experience going here. The receptionist Veronica is so sweet and amazing at what she does I truly appreciate her personality and her hard work. All of the doctors I've had there are beyond amazing professionals they get me results and tell me what I need to do to take care of myself and also great with referring me to other great specialists to see exactly what I need to be treated for. Not a bad place if you need a one-time or quick visit. Not great for long term or primary care. My provider is very nice and thorough during the appointment. However, communication after an appointment is VERY poor. If you need prior authorization, have issues with billing, or need to get a message to your doctor, you will most likely have a hard time.
