They have no appointment availability; they assign whatever time slots they want. They are extremely strict regarding WIC requirements, it has been the most difficult process my wife and children have ever gone through. This review is for the staff at the 4th floor, the ultrasound center. They refused to see me when I was bleeding because I didn’t have a referral. For context I am a current patient and I go there often. They don’t care about patients, it’s just a business for them. On a Sunday night I was bleeding so Monday morning I went there. There were no patients and I told them kindly I just wanted to make sure there was an heartbeat. I would have gone to the doctor later that day.
