Brian is a known **** artist. He has lending companies on his team as well. I financed a car through his dealership in January, I put down an agreeable down payment and made my monthly payments on time. At the end of April I happen to call my finance company and they told me that Brian cancelled my loan? HOW? WHY? HOW COULD HE EVEN DO THAT AFTER 4 months??? Long story short, RUN FROM THIS PLACE! He is very disrespectful and does not know how to talk to people.
This place is terrible. Brian has very unprofessional customer service and very rude behavior. I went to this place to seek a Van for my kids and I. Saturday night, We seen a pathfinder and two dodge caravan. Looked at the pathfinder and one dodge caravan. He approved me for pathfinder but I told him to change it to the Van because it was bigger than the pathfinder. He say ok, I'll do paperwork and you can come pick it up Monday (today). I go to work. This place is a SCAM. My fiance and I went to them looking for a vehicle. We needed to purchase the vehicle that day. While we waited for someone to show up, they were over 30 minutes late, we viewed cars that they had on the lot. The owner showed up and started taking our information. Once their "finance" guy showed up he told us that the owner had entered my social in wrong. We started all the paperwork over. Company Is dishonest. The company is very bad at communicating with the car owners about the progress of any complaints and does not keep the buyer informed. I sent my car to get fixed at there shop and they kept it there fro two pay periods saying they needed a part and only one person knew about the entire process and he was never in. And the lot where the cars are at the people don't speak much when processing your information. They do not inform the buyer of much of the process and what all is invovled
