We came in today all set to buy a 13 Highball except we could not get anyone to sell us one. Pretty bad customer service.

I made it clear to the staff that I was there to browse, not buy, and yet they were still totally helpful, giving me their full attention. I really appreciate that. Sven held up two bikes so I could sit and try out the reach, and would have done more if I had asked. Answered all of my newbie questions, was totally patient and helpful. Great selection of new bikes of all kinds on the showroom floor, some intensely customized used ones outside. Great experience, very helpful staff.

The gentlemen at Sin City Indian are the absolute best. Customer Service was the best I’ve ever experienced. I had a some bad experiences this morning which almost made me stop looking for bikes. I’m glad I didn’t. Thom, Steve, Drew made my experience second to none. Most importantly they treated my wife and kids like members of the family. Unlike one of the places I went to this morning.
