I truly want to express my appreciation to Will Elkenberry and Dan Wilkinson. You both are the true examples of Customer service. Words alone can not discribe how I feel about what both of you did for me. I generally hate going into motorcycle shops/ Dealerships, due to the lack of character and personality in the employees. I've never felt so comfortable or appreciated as a customer, as I have with the two of you helping me solve my issue. These guys are great. Thom in sales is fantastic, knows these bikes and also rides one. Dan in parts/service is extremely knowledgeable about these bikes as well and if he doesn’t have it in stock he will get it for you. Steve in finance is great as well. He will make every effort possible to get you on an Indian. My whole experience was great and they like when you stop by to just talk bikes. Great Team
Tom is the man. It’s like family walking in there. They take great care of me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I can't say enough about Sin City Indian motorcycles they have an excellent staff. Thom in sales is awesome he is friendly and courteous and find out what your needs are. Dan in parts and service is incredible. on almost all my orders they have in stock not like most dealerships where everything is ordered and wait a week or 2. they also change my tires on my bike while I waited I was in and out in an hour and a half. I purchased a 2018 Indian Scout Bobber here last weekend. The entire team made the purchase so easy! Dan helped us find exactly what we needed to accessorize the bike and our riding gear. Tom was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to about the bikes. Steve went through the purchase documents quickly and efficiently and was very upfront about our options. Very excited about my purchase. I got a Victory Highball 2017. Tom Jones helped us. He was very knowledgeable about Indian / Victory. He was paciente and he made it very pleasant to do business with them. We felt welcome from the first day we walked in even if it was 10 mins before closing. He didn’t rush us out, instead showed us and recommended other bikes until I fell in love with one. Came back the next day for it. Thanks to all at Sin city Indian motorcycle
My wife and i stopped in during our vacation in vegas and were impressed with how they assisted us in what we were looking for. Checked out newmodels and accesories and purchased a fee things while we were there. No pressure and staff was awesome to talk with , i recomend if your in vegas stop in and check them out i know we will be back and bring friends
