I pulled up 10 min before closing. They took my car. Call me back next day in the afternoon told me my price for parts and labor, I told them go ahead and my car was ready a few hrs later. Price was very fair. I went to another mechanic first and they gave me an outrageous price. Simtech price was less than half of that. Thank you Simtech for great work, speed and honesty.
Absolutely horrible service. Went for a oil change and to get my badges put on. When I called they gave me a specific price. Got there took 2 hours to get the oil change. When I looked at the badge emblem it was upside down and crooked. Then was told It was a honest mistake. The manager josè had the audacity to tell me, I have to come back. It wasn't until I started cussing that he called for a part to rectify the problem. It took three-four hours in total for me to be out the door and for them to bump up the price.
