Great experience. Very clean and super easy process. Would definitely recommend.
Rented over 5 years at the same location under Sims. New company Block Self storage bought out Sims and I got a 44% increase in my rate each month. $55/m to $121/m. Unless you can budget for that size of increase in 30 days, I suggest you not rent from them, because who knows how much the next increase will be. Ill be shopping for a new storage facility.

Really good experience with Sims Self Storage in Medford. The place is clean, easy to get in and out of, and feels very secure. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. No hassle, no surprises with pricing, and everything just worked the way it should. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for storage in the area.
This storage facility is one of the best I’ve encountered. The staff is always very responsive when I have requests and the property is extremely well maintained.
