We had a mouse problem in the garage and wanted to get it taken care of before it spread into the house. Eric checked the garage, basement, and exterior foundation for possible entry points. He explained the rodent control process and recommended some exclusion work as well. Everything was handled carefully and he kept us informed throughout the visit. We were very happy with the service.

I called this company because we discovered a wasp nest near our deck. Patrick arrived the same afternoon and handled everything safely. He was extremely professional and respectful of our property. The treatment worked immediately and we felt comfortable outside again. He also explained how to avoid future infestations. The office staff was friendly and easy to work with. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend their services.

When we discovered ants in our kitchen, I felt completely overwhelmed. John came the same day, smiling and reassuring us that it would all be okay. He worked fast and explained what he was doing step by step. Within a couple of days, the ants were gone. The sense of relief and cleanliness was amazing. John’s kindness and professionalism stood out so much. I’m so thankful for his help!
