Dr. Sims and his staff is wonderful! We have always felt welcomed. One of his staff members, Lizzy, has always welcomed us from the very beginning. Every visit she speaks and makes sure everything is good for us. One visit we waited forever( usually it's quick within 15 mins) she realized we was never called back and ahe checked saw the issue and instantly took care of us. Thanks to Dr. Sims and his wonderful staff!!
Called today. I keep receiving text messages to confirm appointments for someone I don't know. The girl I spoke to says my number isn't on that account. When I asked why I am getting appointment remembers then . The reply was I don't know what to tell you and basically it was not her problem. I tried blocking the number but it comes from a different number every time. Rudest people I have ever talked to considering they are contacting me when I have asked them not to. Ins coordinator really need to have faith and an upbeat attitude. She is so quick to down other ppls ins and to tell you what they are not going to pay for. Dr. Sims has not even met the patient or seen the patient in order to specify what will need to be done in order to get braces. We were brushed right off before consultation. Will not recommend this place.
If I make an appointment at 10:30, I shouldn’t have to wait until 11:20 for a simple retie. Also, this dental assistant was very impolite, which did not help at all. I can’t help but feel very frustrated, thank you.
