First, I wish there were 8 stars! With my husband's continuing dementia, my schedule had been difficult to navigate until I reached out to Kitanya at Sims-Non-Medical. She is so helpful on so many levels and just a lovely person. She was able to give my husband the BEST helper imaginable! I can't speak highly enough of Sims Non-Medical Home Health Care. The owner thoroughly screens and trains all staff, is available at all times, and truly cares for my mother as if she were her own. Sims has been a life-saver for my mother and our family.

Sims Non-Medical is doing a wonderful job accompanying my wheelchair bound mother to her medical appointments. I live in Arizona and need a reliable service to handle all that is involved in making this happen. My mother is so pleased with Sims. The owner is caring, compassionate, skilled and professional. She has great communication skills as well. Not only does she confirm all details with my mother, she takes the time to keep me in the loop. What a comfort! I highly recommend Sims Non-Medical.

My family used Sim's Non-Medical Home Care for 18 months. They provided services in our home. Most of the aides were with us for many months. We got to know them very well. They were respectful, caring and skilled. They were punctual. There was never a shift when we were left without coverage. When we needed extra hours, they were able to provide the additional time. I would not hesitate to recommend Sim's.

We have been using Sim’s home care for the past 7 months for my elderly mother living in an Independent Living apartment in center city. While in the hospital and then during rehab, the owner kept in touch with me to make sure we had coverage when my mother was discharged. The aides and the owner have been gentle, caring, dependable and wonderful companions for my mother.
