Love Nissan, have purchased 10 vehicles there over the years. Not 100% happy with newest deal. Didn't like 1st vehicle, not what i asked for. Did get another car but at a cost to me. Should not have beenthstwsy. Do like the 2nd vehicle though.
Purchased our 2023 Nissan Pathfinder from Sims Nissan and it leaks from moonroof. I called the service department to schedule it for repair and they told me that they could not schedule the appointment because they’re overbooked and to try another dealership. How about that for customer service?

If I could leave a -0 I would! Horrible service, customer service. All around I don't recommend you think being a dealership there service department would be good. Hah. My insurance company cut a 9k check to them to fix my truck and I dropped an extra 5k my truck has been sitting broken down for the past 3 months. Terrible customer service. Although the salesman was okay, the finance guy was rude, condescending and I felt very pressured. The one car I test drove had a warning light (like I wouldn't notice) yet I was pressured to lease that one. The deals he offered were horrible. They held my keys from me, just left them on the counter at the service area for anyone to possibly steal and joked they were keeping me hostage. I got up and left. I would never recommend this place.
