I bought a Nissan Rogue from Sims in early 2022. Within a year, I sold the Rogue and returned to Honda. Since then, Sims has called or texted me repeatedly about leases or sales, despite my asking them MANY times to stop. Every time I’m assured I’ll never be contacted again — yet the calls and texts continue. Throughout my life, I have purchased cars from several other dealerships and never once experienced this level of relentless follow-up. It’s intrusive, unprofessional, and shows complete disregard for customer requests.
Love Nissan, have purchased 10 vehicles there over the years. Not 100% happy with newest deal. Didn't like 1st vehicle, not what i asked for. Did get another car but at a cost to me. Should not have beenthstwsy. Do like the 2nd vehicle though.
Purchased our 2023 Nissan Pathfinder from Sims Nissan and it leaks from moonroof. I called the service department to schedule it for repair and they told me that they could not schedule the appointment because they’re overbooked and to try another dealership. How about that for customer service?
Love my new car! Thank you Jim for being the best sales guy I could have asked for! I was treated so good by everyone there, epically Jim. I love my new Rogue!
