Guy who attended me was friendly, quick in and out

Be careful with this company. I went there and sell my scrape medal. They pay me with a check. The check said void after 30 days. It so happen I didn't cash the check. I went back there and talk to the manager. He took the check and said he will contact head office to reissue the check. When I went back he told me the company cannot do anything for me. In order words I lost the money coming back to me.
Hartford branch deserves 5 stars. Besides being polite and friendly. They will come and assist you if you have something big and heavy.
