I had a great experience at this car dealership. Even though we had a few minor issues while finding the right car for me, the staff treated me very well throughout the entire process. Fernando was an excellent salesperson. I told him exactly what I was looking for in a car, and he found the perfect one for me on the first try. I really appreciated his help and professionalism. I highly recommend working with Fernando he’s a great person
We worked with Jorge Palma at Burlington Honda to buy a CR-V and we were very pleased. The process was smooth, we did not feel pressured, and the employees took the time to make sure all our questions were answered. Jorge in particular was exceptionally friendly and responsive - we will definitely seek him out again when the time comes!
Was taken care of promptly and service was explained to me. Was notified in timely fashion of when to pick up vehicle. Andy was knowledgeable took a personal interest in any questions I had and insured that what was promised was done. Very good experience!
Update 3/5/26: Honda took such good care of me after what felt to me like a disastrous experience in January, so I left a five-star review for them then, but here I am in another situation with them, which makes this 3 issues in just about 5 months. They do a great job of "fixing", but this time I'm just over it because I want great service the first time, not just after I complain.
