Great communication from Linda about what would be needed for my 60,000 mile service. I was able to get a loaner car for the day, which was very convenient since the service was almost an all day process. I’ve been taking my car here for 8 years and have never had any complaints!
I had the computer updated in my 2018 Honda CRV. The folks in Service were great and I appreciated that they explained everything to me made the recommendations for next visit. When I found out it wasn't that expensive. they made room in the schedule got the extra work done at that time. thank you (And my GPS is working great again)

I had two problems with my 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid - squeaking in the steering wheel and sudden drop in gas mileage 2 months ago. Neither problem was fixed even though there is a known problem with the clock spring in the steering wheel. They don't know why my mileage went from 40 mpg to 31 mpg. Something is obviously wrong. It only has 5,000 miles on it.
