Sims Air did an amazing job getting our AC working. We call on Wednesday morning and they were at our house the same day just a few hours later. They ordered the compressor and installed it first thing Friday morning. They also gave us a portable AC unit to use in our bedroom to help us make it through. They are so nice and did an amazing job. We appreciate there honesty and quality work.
I have used Sims Family A/C for years. First with their father and then when they took over I stayed with their company. Sims Family A/C installed my 2 A/C units in the house I personally built and they have helped many times with A/C issues . They are always they first I call !!
Young man called me back quoted me $500 from his original $800 for a 1 hour service call to plug in two mini split hose for me. Literally started laughing on the phone saying his rate is because he is so good. I call AC Contractors out of Longview, very polite and professional - on their way for $29 + (1) hour of labor less than $89. It’s amazing people like Sims air would be so un-professional and run rates up just because of the season and not the job. I would highly tell people to call AC contractors. No integrity
