If you want to be rip off deal with Mark Sims he will lie to your face promise the world till you sign then its all your fault, the car will be junk worth a 1/3 of what he sold it to you and the repairs will break you. and when you get no where with his rude staff Wendy will turn your car off with there so call GPS and have a thug pick it up. If you need a car DO NOT SHOP AT SIMS CAR MALL BEWARE OF THIS THIEF MARK SIMS A TRUE SCUMBAG AND LIER ALONG WITH WENDY IN FINANCE, SCUM. PASS THE WORD BUYER BEWARE.
These people are very friendly and helpful- until you sign the contract. Are not responsive when vehicle breaks down, will not provide warranty service purchased by customer, evading phone calls & emails. I was happy with the car at the time of 'purchase', sold to me after being advertised as well-maintained, when records and the car's current condition show this is not the case at all.
If I could give this place a 1/2 star, I would. Very shady company, especially with their financial department. Wendy is rude, and kept getting my information wrong with both personal info and info regarding the vehicle we had as well as financial info. Save your money and put it towards a respectable, honest dealer. I'd give them zero stars if I could. They are complete scammers. They sold me a car for $7,995 that is worth just over $3,000. Within two days of having the car, the engine light was on and it was leaking transmission fluid. After they had it for a week to fix it, we finally got it back, only for it to continue leaking transmission fluid AND it started leaking oil!
