I brought my vehicle 07 GMC Yukon for engine problems and they did it was fixed only to bring it back week later for same problem for them to say it was alternator, they were paid both times. I brought my truck 07 gmc yukon to this location 3x's and the problem was never resolved. On the last occasion I was rudely taken back after Dave in service dept treated me as if i was a bothersome to continue to bring my vehicle back. I had an absolutely horrible experience at Sims Buick & GMC, particularly with the service department. I have a GMC SUV and it was having an engine malfunction. I had initiated a claim with GMC customer assistance, hoping that they would aid in the cost of the repair since I was just a couple of months out of the factory 5 year warranty.
