The service department here was fantastic. They were fast, accommodating, and incredibly kind. I will absolutely give them my business again.
Replace air filter and cabin filter. $160.00 ridiculous 🙄
Went to take the wife's car in for a oil change and tire rotation. Seemed a little expensive for a tire rotation and oil change. Just over a 100 dollars for a Nissan sentra. Also, there was a hour and half wait, even though I had scheduled my appointment weeks in advance.
Shawne, Thomas and Ryan all worked together and got us into a car we have wanted for a while! We are so pleased to work with them so polite found us exactly what we wanted with the payments we wanted! Made sure my son didn’t get too restless while we were there! Will definitely come back for our next vehicle purchase!
Great customer service! Dustin did a great job explaining the details of the truck and the buying process. Will be buying from Sims again in the future
