Top blokes and professionals. The electronic control unit blew in my car. Sims identified the problem on site and gave helpful advice. The manufacturer's service centre was unhelpful to say the least, quoting over $5k and unable to offer leadtimes. I found a 2nd hand part and although Sims couldn't guarantee success but they were willing to try and that alone earned my respect.
