Dr.Nora and the entire support staff at Sims are wonderful, supportive, caring and knowledgeable. All while being attentive to the financial and emotional strain that sometimes comes with being a pet parent. I highly recommend them for your veterinary care needs!
I had my first visit to Sims Animal Hospital with my pup, Dax, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff were absolutely amazing. Frank, the greeter, was wonderful and made us feel so welcome. The team’s empathy for animals was truly first-class—they were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to SIMS Animal Hospital and their incredible staff for coming to my aid when my cat Thomas suddenly became ill and was vomiting. My regular vet was unable to fit him in, and after a frustrating 4 1/2hr Urgent Care experience (nice people, just no clear answers), I called 7 local vets to see if any of them could see him.
