Very caring vet and assistant!
Amazing team! The absolutely best care for my pets. Sims Animal Hospital is the BEST clinic to address all your pets' health issues. Highly recommend.
Our lab, Lola, is handled so very well by all the staff members with lots of attention and a few treats. At each visit, we are given thorough explanations of any issue for which we have taken her. Medications are reviewed completely and potential side effects explained. There is always a follow up call a few days after each visit. I am so impressed and comforted with the way she is greeted, examined and treated by everyone from the time we arrive until we leave.
Dr. Nora and staff were well prepared with our Lucas' history when we arrived. She did a thorough wellness exam plus the examination for symptoms that would be associated with our health concern. The recovery plan has worked well for Lucas. We are always pleased to return to Sims Animal Hospital for the reception we receive and the attention Lucas receives.
