I've been a Sims client for 10 years now, it is the best and most caring clinic I've visited. The atmosphere is great, and you can tell that all the staff are really engaged in caring for animals. They're helpful, and really know their long time customers.
We came for a second opinion and specialist opinion on the dental issue. The staff were very friendly, from the moment we walked, time with the doctor to the finalizing our visit. Information provided during the visit as well as the available options were very clear and detailed. The first impression was great.
