Sims is often able to fit us in for an emergency appointment, they have later hours for shift workers, and I have never felt pressured to add on services or interventions just to spend more money. The vet techs, vets, and front desk staff are kind and empathetic. I will always take my pups there.
I have a new cat and needed a vet. Sims was recommended to us. and we had our first visit this week. I was delighted with the experience. We were treated incredibly well by the staff and they clearly love animals. The facility was very clean. I recommend them if you are looking for a vet in the Kingston area.

The team at Sims are THE BEST. They are so good with my chocolate lab Maya, and are always happy to answer any little questions about her health when I call. They always check in to see how my pup is feeling after being sick. 10/10!!!
