Caring, interested and that included all staff (not sure about some of the front desk) Discussed labs. Went to on site for another blood draw and they also are very efficient, caring, professional The only negative is front desk. Honor Health sends out pre-registration opportunities and I always take advantage but front desk insists on asking ALL the questions that I just filled out less than 24 hours ago.
