Installed my new water heater for a very good and reasonable price, very happy with the service, explanations and clean up. Nice crew, Highly recommend!
Had our furnace go out today when the high for the day is 5 degrees. Called at 11:30 and they had a tech nearby. 3 hours later we had a new furnace installed. Really saved us in this weather. Even though we lucked out with a technician free in our neighborhood it was still amazing how efficiently they did the work. Techs were super nice, they took care to not get the floors dirty, everything was explained very well and the price was fair. This is our new HVAC contractor for us now. Definitely recommend to others
Called several other HVAC services in the area, all of whom scheduled appointments a week out. Eric answered my call immediately and arrived within an hour, diagnosed the issue quickly (lack of an issue in my case), and was out the door in 20 minutes. Extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgable. I will definitely be calling Simpson's when it's time replace the furnace. Thanks guys!
Eric came out same day and fixed our AC, gave us a quote for new systems and was just wonderful.
