Called several other HVAC services in the area, all of whom scheduled appointments a week out. Eric answered my call immediately and arrived within an hour, diagnosed the issue quickly (lack of an issue in my case), and was out the door in 20 minutes. Extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgable. I will definitely be calling Simpson's when it's time replace the furnace. Thanks guys!
