I wouldn’t let this place bury my dog. Very poor customer service. Still waiting on death certificates from 7 months ago. Spoke with them today and was told that we needed to show prove that the service was paid in full. Really???? 7 months later and only after asking for our money back from death certificates that we never received.

The family car was late, no sign in book for guess, the chapel doors where locked 15mins before the services. No one there to pass the obituary or tissue to the family or escort them to there seats. But we as a family made it happened.
