I have become a regular customer to Simpson & Son Transmission, they provide a real good service with 3 years and 100,000 miles warranty for transmission rebuilds and repairs. I have also received free transmission repair 2 times.
Today I received a free transmission repair estimate from here, and this was the very first thing about this shop that made a very good impression on me. The offer was very fair, the technician explained everything to me, the problem and what needed to be done and I really liked the way everything was managed, besides the quality of the repair itself!
I honestly didn't expect to receive a free transmission repair estimate when I drove over and, on top of that, the offer they made me to solve the problem my car had was really good. This is a business that respects itself and this is how all businesses should treat their clients. I really thank and recommend the services of this gentlemen and professionals!
