Took in a Honda civic with my fiancé. We were told by a big box store it’d be over 1k for new brake pads and rotors. Simpson Automotive took care of us SAME DAY on a Sunday, and did a fantastic job for less than half of what the chain repair shop wanted for the job. They even let us know his shocks were bad too and let us decide if we wanted to have that done or not. Very honest folks! The “owner” of this establishment can’t even respond to a review without some sort of typo which is hilarious.
I came to to this shop. We took the risk and drove all the way here from Rome. I have done extensive research before I came here, and all the reviews were great, which pushed me to come here. When we showed up, Josh came up to us and is very friendly. Didn’t BS us about the Kia we brought in. I’m glad we’ve chose Simpsons. We will be definitely be coming back, years to come! Thanks y’all!
