Loveeee Simpson properties. I just recently moved but best landlords I had for 4 years. 10/10 recommend.
This company is incredibly difficult to work with. Laura fails at being a communicator. It's apparent they dont care about keeping their properties clean, manicured on the outside and customer service overall.

Do not even apply to this rental company if you are using deposit assistance from any organization. They refused to even let me apply even though I made 3x over the rent in a property and excellent referrals because they said your deposit counts as income and if you can't afford deposits than it she's you can't afford rental. That's insane. Most of us don't have$3,000-4,000 saved up for all the deposits and how many of you have received help from family or someone to cover that expense?
