I have rented 2 properties from Simpson Properties for over 4 years. I lived at the first place for a little over 2 years and the Owners decided to sell the property. Simpson Properties happened to have a property coming available at the same time. I was able to just transfer into that location and just pay the difference bewteen the deposits. I lived in their property from October 2021-December 2024. January 2022 someone kicked my door in. They had to repair it. January 2022-August 2023 there was a problem with plumbing. June 2024-October 2024 going back and forth on whether I can get a wheelchair ramp added to the home December 2024 I moved out of the home and get accused of taking the refrigerator even though I live in an apartment that has stainless steel appliances. Make that make sense!!!!!

Sarah was very nice but honestly the application process was poorly communicated and ultimately upsetting. Despite specially asking about barriers for credit check, was assured that low credit would not matter as long as rental history was clean. After rental came back, was told that I did not qualify due to an arbitrary limit of 11k in charged off accounts.
