I made an appointment for two showings (confirmed on the phone) today. They never showed up nor answered the phone when I was at the house they were supposed to show.
I had a great 3 years having Simpson Properties as a landlord. I cannot say enough great things. Whenever I had an issue it was always fixed in a timely manner and they are all so kind!! Highly recommend

I rented from them the longest of anywhere else I've stayed in Charlotte. I'm so grateful for the safety I experienced, while rent was skyrocketing all around me. I only had a couple issues over the years, and they were very responsive. My work schedule is pretty miserable to align with, but they made sure my dog was safe whether I could make it home in time or not.
