We had an issue with the water pressure on our pool slide. I found Simpson Pool & Spa through a recommendation from my neighbor, and set up an appointment for them to come and look. A few days before, Ryan called me and when I described the problem he offered to FaceTime me, and we were able to troubleshoot over the phone. Huge thanks to Ryan and his expertise!
Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining from beginning to end how to operate a pool for a First time owner! Very thorough!!!

Great at selling you on their products and services but completely failed to deliver. Turned our pool service over to them and within weeks we had an algae bloom- something we never had before. A very disappointing experience.
