We had a leaking water heater that was very hard to access and needed to be replaced. The Simpson's plumbers suggested we go tankless because it would be easier to install and if we went with a traditional heater, they'd have to spend more time and charge more for installation. We've LOVED unlimited hot water since the install. It was a great recommendation. They forgot to install a condensation drain for it and when I called them they were back and fixed it right away.
