I cannot say enough amazing things about Simpson Orthodontics! Now that my braces are finally off, I can truly say the entire experience was spectacular from beginning to end. Everyone was always so nice and helpful! We couldn’t have had a better experience.
Dr Simpson seems to be a good orthodontist & staff is nice. The problem is, in our experience, he isn't in the office much. There is a tech who has trouble getting brackets on & the brackets are always coming off, & not due to anything patient is doing. No one is in the office who can fix them for days & teeth start quickly shifting out of place. This has happened several times in a few months.
This is my son first time visit.The two ladies are working at front desk are so sweet and professional.And Dr Simpson gave us a best advice, I will bring my other two kids to visit later.
