Was it easy to make an appointment with this psychiatrist? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

I've been a patient of Dr. Simpson for years and have always been happy with him... however, his practice relocated a little over two months ago and I lost the piece of paper with the new phone number - I wandered across this site while searching online for it. The address and phone information displayed on this page is NOT correct.

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Would you recommend this psychiatrist to others? Yes Was this psychiatrist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I am bipolar along with another alphabet of terms. I was seeing another psychiatrist for several years and just getting worse. I came to Dr. Simpson a wreck. He helped me so much. Tweaked my medication until he found just the right combo to work as well as can be expected in a bi-polar who sometimes "forgets" her meds. But he has hung right there with me through the ups and downs. I know I can depend on his medical knowledge, his kindness and compassion. Dr. Simpson met with my mother immediately. He also arranged for her to get a bed in the Methodist Hospital immediately after visiting with her and her family. I knew he was one of few doctors that performed the ECT treatments. It was our last hope, she had not responded to any medications or other treatments. Dr. Simpson was very compassionate and knowledgeable of the treatment for Manic Depression Bi-Polar. I though I would not ever know my mom again because of the darkness she suddenly lived in. The only encouter I've had with Dr. Simpson was via telephone and I found him very unhelpful and condescending. He was the "on-call" doctor when I called for help in a situation that I feel required immediate help. Instead of help Dr. Simpson gave short and frankly rude answers. When I thought perhaps I had contacted the wrong resource to help me with my situation, I asked Dr. Simpson what he could do to help.
