Operated on my back knowing he was retired. Never told nobody after he operated. I never saw him again poor adequate and awful doctor. I wouldn’t recommend him to work on my dog.
Dr. J. Michael Simpson is without a doubt the BEST Back Doctor in VA. He performed 3 surgeries on my back & I have had NO PAIN until I had 7 right knee surgeries & 2 hip surgeries at Duke University Hospital (Dr. Dobziniak at Tuckahoe let me go for a year with a broken leg following my 1st knee replacement allowing infection to set in which I am still fighting.) If you like waiting for doctors in the waiting room this is the one to see.
He performed 3 level cervical spinal fusion about 7 years ago and I have not had any problems! He is wonderful!!!! I have degenerative disc desease and unfortunately having pain now in other areas so it’s time to go back & get checked out.... if I do have to have surgery again On my spine, he will b the only one who will operate on me!!!!!!!
