I ordered a bench for my brother March, 2021, it was delivered the end of August. I was told it would take five months due to the pandemic. The bench with my brother's picture on it was beautiful. Nice work, but the people working there are so unorganized. Every time I would call for updates, they couldn't find my brother stone. 😳 When you've paid $2,600, you don't want to hear " let me find it and get back with you".
