Great service. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. Reasonable and trustworthy.
During a very stressful time Marc and his staff made everything easy. They do not forget you after the service. They follow up to make sure you are doing okay, and offer assistance if needed. The Christmas decoration was a surprise which is much treasured.

Mark and Kathy was so awsome! Every detail was so caring and thoughtful, and classy. You all did a phenomenal job and we appreciate absolutely everything you did. The fact that you solicited me on Facebook is so unbecoming. Why not face us & pass out funeral/cremation brochures in hospital ICU, CCU, waiting rooms in cancer wards... where you can shoot fish in a barrel... Is business that slow for you?
They did amazing work for me in 2015 but recently I called and left a message for the funeral director and never got a call back. I left the message with the receptionist.

Mark and the staff have worked with our family many times over the years, and we have always found him to be the ultimate professional. He has helped with my Mother, Father, wife , and many other family members. He has also helped me plan for my own funeral. That all said, they are great people too!!!

Our family used Simpson’s for our sister and our mom—both deaths were unexpected and sudden. We didn’t have any experience planning a funeral. They were all so kind and Marc and his staff went above and beyond to help us get through the pain and shock. I’ve never heard of a funeral home that reaches out to you even after the funeral to make sure your family is coping. Highly recommended. God bless them for caring.
