Simpson Forklift has definitely earned our business. I first found Simpson Forklift after buying a used Toyota forklift elsewhere that came with a dead battery. They replaced the forklift battery at a very reasonable price, and 8 years later, that same battery is still going strong and pushing that old Toyota forklift. My company had multiple great experiences with Simpson’s forklift. I Purchased a standup crown from them and it has been working beautifully. They also trained and gave me a full realm of knowledge that I never had prior my purchase of a forklift. The great example of how they go beyond the call of duty.
