So I found out today that they marked my return with a MARRIED status instead of WIDOW even after I had supplied the death certificate and will and explained the reason I was bringing my taxes to them because my husband had died. When I called today to ask for their help with this matter thay said there was nothing they could do. WHAT? They made the mistake! Now I have to wait to see if this will cost me financially.
Great service and very affordable. I would recommend Simpson to everyone.
Tax advice wasn't good. They also snuck in fees to start working on a future year, even though I asked not to.

My son and I had drove in from Guelph to pickup our Income Tax return today. I have been doing estate taxs and personal taxs here for several years. The blonde haired lady at the reception waved us in to enter the office but without a hi, hello or even a smile. I even leaned over to my son and said do we even get a "Hi"quietly I expected better from a business that is well known in the mall for many years and as i was referred to by the bank in the mall also.
