Tax advice wasn't good. They also snuck in fees to start working on a future year, even though I asked not to.

My son and I had drove in from Guelph to pickup our Income Tax return today. I have been doing estate taxs and personal taxs here for several years. The blonde haired lady at the reception waved us in to enter the office but without a hi, hello or even a smile. I even leaned over to my son and said do we even get a "Hi"quietly I expected better from a business that is well known in the mall for many years and as i was referred to by the bank in the mall also. I found it expensive. When asked why it was so expensive to do my partners taxes and my taxes, I was told it will cost more if you have more than '3 slips' and that it is stated that on their website. It was not. I left with questions about the results of my taxes and was told by the same person at the counter 'she doesn't make the rules'. It's fine if I owe but she should at least have some tax knowledge. Disappointing.
