I've been entrusting my feline family to Dr Hughes and the others who work here since I moved to Franklin in 2011. Unfortunately, I've had to have two fur babies out to sleep - the latest one this morning, particularly hard as I've had her the longest. Everyone there has been so kind, considerate, and concerned, not only of the humans but of the pets and other animals that come their way.

They were very nice to me and were helpful with Sylvester
I will never recommend this place to care for any animal, especially a fur baby. My sister and I had a very traumatic experience with them yesterday evening, they have no regards for your feelings or for your fur baby. Things should not of happened the way it did and they're like oops, no sorry, no explanation as to why? or anything else. A very very bad place for your fur babies.
